She leads the company's work in organizational development and European cooperation, designing processes that help organizations navigate change with clarity and purpose.
Domingo Ferrandis — COO
Domingo brings the world of theatre into organizational learning. Drawing on his own methodology of autobiographical theatre, he designs facilitation and training experiences that turn artistic practice into meaningful tools for adult education, inclusion and community engagement.
Andrea Zudaire — CCO
Andrea leads SOLIS's communication and outreach. A specialist in digital communication and marketing with experience across Argentina and Europe. She shapes how SOLIS tells its story and connects with partners and communities — bringing a multicultural, people-centered approach to every project.
