Through this website we process the personal data that the user voluntarily provides, as well as certain data collected automatically:

Contact form: name, surname, email address and any other information included in the message.
Newsletter subscription: email address.
Navigation data: technical data such as IP address, browser type and device information, collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described in the Cookie Policy

3. Purposes and legal basis of processing

To respond to requests sent through the contact form — legal basis: pre-contractual measures or the legitimate interest of the Controller in responding (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
To send the newsletter and informational communications — legal basis: the user's consent, which may be withdrawn at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
To manage the website, ensure its technical functioning and security, and comply with legal obligations — legal basis: legitimate interest and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR).

4. Method of processing

Data are processed using electronic and IT tools, applying appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect their confidentiality, integrity and availability.

5. Data retention

Data are kept only for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and in compliance with legal obligations. Newsletter data are kept until the user withdraws consent (unsubscribes). Data collected through the contact form are kept for the time needed to handle the request and any related follow-up.

6. Data sharing and processors

Data are not sold or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. They may be processed on the Controller's behalf by technical service providers acting as Data Processors — in particular Wix.com Ltd., which hosts the website and provides the contact form and newsletter functionalities.

7. International data transfers

Some providers (such as the hosting platform) may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer takes place on the basis of the adequate safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

9. Rights of the data subject

The user may exercise at any time the rights provided for in Articles 15–22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, as well as the withdrawal of consent given.
